The library is pleased to offer free meeting room space to non-profit organizations, limited to a 2 hour time period per meeting. The Library offers meeting room space to all other businesses/organizations at $30/hr. All groups will be charged an hourly rate of $30 if they occupy the room 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
- The Halle meeting room has a capacity of 40 people.
- The room will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Groups are limited to one reservation per month.
- Groups can reserve the meeting room for twelve weeks in advance of their meeting.
- All applicants must have an application on file for the current year. This application should be submitted to the Library Information Desk or via fax to (901) 854-5893 before the reservation can be approved.

The Halle Room is equipped with a Smart TV with HDMI capability. To ensure your successful presentation, the Library staff encourages you to double-check your HDMI or other video connection before your meeting. If you would like to test the connection on your device with our Smart TV before your appointment date, you may call the Information Desk at (901) 457-2601 to schedule an appointment.
The Library's free wireless Internet service is available to all library users.
