Tune in to Ham Radio!

Tune in to Ham Radio! In-Person

Have you ever heard of ham or amateur radio? It is a licensed radio service that enables you to communicate all around the world - and even outer space - with your own equipment. It's fun, social, educational, and can be a lifeline during times of need. Learn the basics of this technology with Mr. Joe Lowenthal WA4OVO, Director of Training for the Delta Amateur Radio Club. Then, hear a live demonstration and possibly get on the air waves yourself! We will meet on Saturday, June 15th from 2:00 - 3:30 PM in the Halle Room. This program is open to all ages. Registration is required and will open on June 1st, 2024.
