Do you need help using eBooks and digital Library content on your device? Downloading apps? Formatting your Word document? Creating a Facebook account?

Book a 40-minute appointment for tech-related assistance with a librarian during our 1-on-1 Tech Help! Topics include Google Apps, Gmail, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Computer Basics, Library apps, Apple devices, Android devices, email basics, and internet basics. Register online or call 901-457-2601 for assistance. Please let us know what you need help with during signup, and bring a list of questions with you to the program.

Please arrive with all the necessary passwords needed to access your device or accounts. We are unable to troubleshoot or fix malfunctioning devices, take apart or replace physical parts on a device, or participate in financial or legal transactions. Advanced help including programming and coding will not be provided.
