Are you ready to start biking? Get in gear with a fun informational session from Bikes Plus pros! We'll explore:

  • Types of bicycles (e.g., comfort bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, commuter bikes) and the features and advantages of each type
  • A demonstration of basic adjustments for bike seat height, handlebar position, and other key components for comfort and safety
  • Bike safety tips and discussion, from helmets and traffic safety to tips for riding safely in different environments
  • Biking Accessories: helmets, lighting, bike/cell phone holders, and bells
  • ... and more!

A Q&A and hands-on with bike settings and accessories will follow.

Bikes Pro will bring along sample bikes to the program. For adults and teens ages 16 and up. Registration starts June 27.
