Practice the healing art of yoga by attending our FREE yoga classes on Wednesdays, July 11 and 25. Learn how to eliminate stress, increase strength and flexibility, and improve mind-body connection. Bring your own mat. No registration for these classes. Walk-ins only to room capacity (15).
